Program Management

The Longtze team falls back on a long and rich experience in sponsoring.The central point in our projects (Admiral’s Cup, America’s Cup 2000, 2003, 2007) has always been to design and create programs which have a sense of communication (Corum-Equipe de France, Yaka France, 6e Sens, Le Defi Areva, China Team…) and to put energies in all the communication and marketing axis: program identity, operation plans, hospitality, press relations, media accords, image production....

For the Longtze program, we design for you, without additional cost:

  • a graphical program project identity: creating boat graphics to match your colors
  • recruitment of a Pro Skipper
  • an operational plan, including competitions, hospitality and other events (depending on your needs and direction)

At your request, we can propose to you furthermore, depending on your defined budget:

  • the creation of a complete graphical proposal: logo, operation title, graphical design of team and guest clothing, application to prints, kakemonos flags…
  • a complementary image production program (that is to say concerning your operations), photo and video
  • a press relation plan dedicated to your program
  • an information diffusion program (newsletter, dedicated internet site…)
  • events programs (boat christening…)
  • special operations, tied to Corporate activities or profession

Management of the programs

We dedicate a project manager for each partner program  Its cost is included in the budget of the program (line Management project). It consists of:

  • coordination with the Partner
  • management of the logistical program (movement of boats, preparation for competitions and events)
  • management of the sporting program, in liaison with the Skippers(s)
  • the coordination of the marketing and communication program and notably the hospitality operations, following the options of the Partner.

The mission of the project manager is to take in charge the ensemble of technical aspects, logistics, sporting aspects and coordinate in liaison with the Partner the aspects of marketing and communication.

Communication leverage

We have available a communication group which can work on the Partners behalf putting into action different services:

  • creating content (editorial)
  • complentary photos and videos
  • production and distribution of Electronic newsletters (see  newsletter Longtze, example, distributed to 1500 quality contacts the advantage of tracking)
  • production and maintenance of a dedicated internet site
  • putting into action specific press programs.
